Let the weight loss begin!


These are the shakes that I was talking about in the last post. They have all different flavors and they taste DELICIOUS! I usually put a banana in mine for a little extra flavor. I have one of these shakes every morning because they jumpstart my metabolism for the day and keep me full for a couple of hours. They also have a ton of vitamins in them so I don't have any cravings.

French vanilla-Chocolate-Cookies n Cream- Pina Colada-Wild Berry-Mint Chocolate
