Havent blogged in a while I have been pretty lazy about it. When I first started trying to eat healthy I had absolutely NO clue what to eat and how to do it. After reading countless fitness magazines and learning about how to eat I learned that its not so hard after all! I LOVE FOOD. Most people think that by changing your lifestyle to being healthy that you can't enjoy what you eat...well..thats completely wrong. I probably enjoy what I eat more so now than ever because I know its not harming my body and there is no food coma anxiety that haunts you afterwards. Here are some of the things that I munch on to trick my brain that I'm eating junk food. I mostly look at the calories and ingredients. My favorites this month are-
